Visitors are extremely welcome at all of our meetings, where they will mingle with a friendly crowd, all dedicated to helping each other enjoy life and further or learn new skills and interests.
Prospective members may attend one of the monthly members' meetings (see below) and one Group meeting free of charge with a view to joining our U3A. Most Groups make a small charge at each meeting to cover expenses.

See below for a 4-minute video by Pam Jones, National Chairperson of the U3A, who explains what the U3A is, what it does, and why you would enjoy being a member.

Members' Meetings
Monthly General Meetings are held at 2 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month.
Every month, as part of the meeting, our members enjoy an illustrated talk or performance from an invited guest. A list of forthcoming guests will be found on the Notices / Events page.
No prior booking is needed: just turn up and make yourself known to the committee members at the main desk.
Please note: From January 2019, all meetings will be held at St.Andrew's Parish Church, Cheadle Road, Cheadle Hulme (almost opposite Players' Theatre and just along from the Kenilworth — pub and bus stop. The number 42B goes right past).

In the video below, Pam Jones, National Chairperson of the U3A, explains what the U3A is, what it does, and why you would enjoy being a member.
